Hello and welcome to September. Well mid September anyway.
We are almost to the fall season. How has the summer been? Have you been able to keep up with your fasting goals? This has been an incredibly busy summer for myself, my business and my family. I have still managed to fast everyday, enjoy my time with family and run plenty of races!
My running times have improved a lot this summer and races have become more fun right along with that. Not only have times improved but I have also been increasing my distance as well. Today I am running my first 10k which will mark my furthest run to date.
I also found some electrolytes that I can use while fasting that help keep me on track fasting. I drink them before a race and during the day when I start to feel tired or hungry.
I just refreshed my cup to finish up this post. Remember each day is one mi Ute, one hour, one day at a time. Each small victory in every moment adds up. Keep stacking them up and you will notice all your victories! Stay strong and keep crushing it. But… don’t forget to take some time to stop and enjoy the coffee!
